We ship only within the UK. Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to the US and rest of the world due to custom restrictions on seeds. We are working on bringing Herboo everywhere around the world. Tag us @herboo to let us know where you live!

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 2-4 business days to arrive. Delivery tracking details will be provided in your confirmation email.

We work mainly with Royal Mail, our Standard shipping is sent on the Royal Mail 48 service and our Express is Royal Mail 24, Next Day delivery.

No outdoor space needed! Herboo was created from a kitchen table, for kitchen tables. We get not everyone has outdoor space and want to make it easier to get your kids enjoying nature from your home. We provide organic compost pellets with all our boxes and all our chosen plants to grow will continue to do just fine on the windowsill with a bigger pot and soil.

We source all of our seeds from British and European suppliers with an emphasis on quality, sustainability and organically cultivated where possible.

We recommend sowing your seeds in small batches, even more so when growing a new variety for the first time. Just in case something goes wrong, leaving you with enough to try again. We're looking at you slugs and snails.

We’re sorry to hear you weren’t happy with you Herboo products. As our subscription boxes and seeds contain perishable products we are unable to accept refunds. That being said, if there has been an error with your order, please contact us at hello@herboo.com within 28 days of your purchase.

Once you have signed up, we will prepare your first monthly box which will be delivered after 3-5 working days. You’ll receive your next box at the beginning of the next month. Our boxes fit through 94% of the UK's letterbox so you won’t have to worry about not being in.

We pride ourselves in making sure it is easy as pie to cancel. We email you 3 days before the subscription renews for you to be able to cancel, skip or pause your subscription. You can also cancel via your members login.

With a monthly subscription, you can cancel in a click whenever you want for a totally hassle-free experience. With 3 or 6-month subscriptions you can opt out at the end of your plan. To cancel, please login to your account or email hello@herboo.com.
